No, if you order the Calopad therapy device within Switzerland or to Germany and Austria, Calopad will cover all shipping costs for you. Excellent customer service is very important to us and therefore we are happy to cover these costs for you. You want to have your Calopad shipped to an address outside the EU? The Calopad Starter Set includes your Calopad therapy device, 1 heating foil, 1 charging cable, 1 adhesive foil as well as 2 replacement adhesive foils and the operating instructions.

For the Calopad therapy, you need the Calopad controller, the heating foil and an adhesive foil. For hygienic reasons, you should change the adhesive foil after about 3-5 applications, depending on your skin type. In your starter set you will receive 3 adhesive foils, which means that you are already equipped for your first 9 to 15 therapy applications. You can easily order replacement adhesive foils via the Calopad webshop and they will be delivered within a few days. It is even more convenient with the adhesive tape subscription. Here, 8 adhesive foils are sent to you every month.
Calopad is based on a unique and novel pain therapy method. The corresponding recognition by the Swiss health insurance companies requires a lot of time for this advanced method. Unfortunately, the health insurance companies do not yet cover the costs of the Calopad pain therapy device. However, the Calopad team of experts is in the process of granting this for the future and thus making the successful pain therapy accessible to even more people.
